They don't sound like a typical emo band to me, maybe that's why I like them? I hate most emo bands/emo kids but this band isn't so bad. The only other band I really like that may be considered emo is AFI, but I only like a few of their songs.

I dont mind the music, I just hate singers who constantly scream. I dont mind the screaming when you can clearly hear what is said and it still has melody (ie. Pantera, Drowning Pool, etc.) but I dislike the growling of alot of todays bands.

Shinedown.
Fan-fucking-tastic band. Highly recommend them to anyone who likes bands like Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Saliva, Trapt, etc.

I wanted to go to a concert here that was featuring Disturbed but I had to work. I think the bands were Disturbed, Sevendust, Kid Rock, and someone else. I only wanted to see Disturbed, never been big on Kid Rock or Sevendust.

I saw Sevendust last month, starting for Ozzy Ozbourne (whom I dislike). Went there purely for Sevendust.
Their songs "Praise", "Live Again", "Seasons" and "Angels Son" are good.

Metallica - OneYeah i really hate Emo wannabees i fuckig hate them.... and i dont realy like alot of Emo bands some are ok but like MCR i hate them..
